The Leather furniture in the living room is comfortable for sitting (or sleeping, so you can really relax!). The swivel club chairs provide additional seating for conversation or TV watching.
The view surrounds you in the Master Bedroom with two walls of windows. The King Size Bed provides room to stretch out. For lounging, there is a chaise, which can fold down to a twin size bed. You'll also enjoy the remodeled private Master Bath with step in shower with adjustable shower heads, dressing area with spacious countertop, and large closets. The largest guest bedroom now has a Queen Size Bed, and has room for a crib or air mattress. The other guest bedroom has 2 twin beds.
The Kitchen, which is open to the Dining Area, is completely equipped for serious cooking. The Dining Table seats 8 easily and is perfect for card and game playing. There is a nice selection of games, puzzles, and books perfect for a rainy day. Specialty glassware is available in the wall corner cabinet for your entertaining use. In addition to decorative items, the Dining Hutch stores a mending kit, playing cards, and more books. Washer/Dryer is in hallway closet next to the 2nd Bathroom.
The screened Lanai has a glass top table for dining with 4 chairs. You'll also enjoy the fabulous view while relaxing in the two chairs with footrests. You will find beach toys, sports equipment, and a couple of beach chairs stored in the utility closet by the front door. The beach umbrella is stored on the lanai.
